How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean lashes and avoid mascara, eye makeup, or oils around the eye area. For the best results, we recommend avoiding caffeine before your appointment.
Can I wear contact lenses during my appointment?
For your safety and maximum comfort, we recommend removing your contact lenses before the treatment. Because your eyes will be closed for the duration of the service, wearing contact lenses during the service may cause minor dryness or irritation.
I currently have lash extensions. Do I need to remove them before getting a lash lift?
Yes, a lash lift can only be performed on clean, natural lashes. Any existing extensions must be removed before your treatment. Please be sure to add “Lash Extension Removal” when booking your service.
How long does a Korean lash lift last?
A Korean lash lift typically lasts 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and lifestyle. Because it is your natural alshes being lifted, the effect will gradually and beautifully soften as your natural lashes naturally shed and new ones grow in.
Will a Korean lash lift damage my natural lashes?
Not at all when performed properly. We use premium, gentle products and carefully selected techniques designed to keep your natural lashes healthy and strong.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Less than 24-hours notice will charged 50% of the service amount and No-shows will charged 100% of the service amount, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
